Happy Christmas!

He’s behind you…oh no he isn’t (he’s in front of you!)

I was at The Birmingham Hippodrome last week to photograph the cast of this season’s panto ‘Jack & the Beanstalk’.

Officially the biggest panto in the UK this year’s show stars ‘Loose Woman’ Jane McDonald,  Blue Singer Duncan James, Coronation Street’s Chris Gascoyne (Peter Barlow) as well as a return for a second year for Gary Wilmot, Paul Zerdin and Matt Slack.

Filling the panto shoes of last year’s star Gok Wan is a big task but panto debutant Jane McDonald’s glamorous ‘Enchantress’ combined with Chris Gascoyne’s eye rolling, sinister villain ‘fleshcreep’ seem more than up to the job.

Not quite my last job before Christmas but certainly one that got me into the festive spirit…..so Happy Christmas to you all and see you in the New Year!
