Architectural Photography | 3 Chamberlain Square

I was on hand recently to photograph Birmingham’s latest commercial building, Three Chamberlain Square, as it reached another milestone with the completion of its construction phase.

The celebratory team pictures taken in front of the finished building contrast nicely with the images I took just over two years ago of the team on site shortly after construction had started.

Last week’s event marked the handover of the building from contractor Sir Robert McAlpine to developer and asset manager MEPC Limited ready for the start of the occupier internal fit-out phase.

Designed by award winning architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBStudios) the bold and striking ten-storey building, described as the city’s most innovative and sustainable new workplace, sits comfortably alongside its historic Victorian neighbour the Town Hall.
